Insulation: The Tramp Boreal expedition sleeping bag uses T-loft micro-fiber insulation.
T-loft refers to a new generation of synthetic insulation that works on the principle of natural down (analogous to PrimaLoft, BHB micro insulation). Superfine threads of two different configurations (spiral and straight), treated with a synthetic polymer, connected randomly, bring the texture and insulating effect of the material closer to the properties of natural down. Recovers well after compression. Hypoallergenic. Retains warmth even when wet.
