A convenient, roomy and functional pouch bag from Kiborg in size M will perfectly complement your individual equipment set and provide additional protection to the groin area if you add a soft ballistic bag from Militex.
The main fabric is Cordura 1000D 380g/m² with NIR impregnation, which makes the product less visible in night vision devices. It has a double polyurethane coating to protect against moisture and lubricants, does not support combustion, does not wear out, does not fade in the sun, and retains its properties for a long time in extreme operating conditions.
The pouch is rubberized and protects the pouch from moisture penetration. There are two sliders to quickly open the pouch from any side.
We also added a puller from the WJ company to conveniently and quickly open the pouch.
This model is designed to include all the needs of military personnel.
The Velcro fastener allows you to conveniently attach the pouch to a plate carrier or body armor that has a Velcro flap.
The front Velcro panel, which is made using LaserCut technology, also has a molle system, which allows you to conveniently attach both a patch and additional equipment.
The pouch has 4 compartments, 3 inside and one front, which allow you to fit essential items. In addition, a Class 1 ballistic package from Militex can be installed in the back pocket of the pouch, which closes with Velcro. At the bottom of the product we added an elastic fastener for the tourniquet, namely a 10cm elastic band.

Ballistic bags – These are soft, flexible and lightweight panels of various shapes that reliably protect against gun bullets, small fragments and secondary striking elements (concrete fragments, glass, etc.).
Material for making Militex bags:
- Ultra-high molecular weight high density polyethylene (UHMWPE).
- Please note that we do not use additional dampers in class 2 bags, only polyethylene, which ensures high quality and reliability of the product.
- Cover made of high-quality waterproof fabric - 100% nylon 170g/m2. with thermoplastic polyurethane coating.
Edge sealing - ultrasound, which firmly holds the edges of the armor package and ensures its reliability and quality. Ultrasound creates high-frequency vibrations that cause heating and melting of the material at the point of contact, forming a strong connection. A tight connection is ensured, which is important for products that must be waterproof or airtight.
Production features:
- Precise laser cutting of ballistic materials with edge sealing;
- Ultrasonic sealing of the cover;
- Possibility of manufacturing packages in individual sizes;
- A Ukrainian test certificate is available, a copy of which is included in each package.
A sample of a soft ballistic package withstood a shot with a 7.62×25 mm caliber bullet with a steel non-heat-strengthened core in a steel jacket clad with tompak, pistol cartridge 57-N-134s (TT pistol) according to the requirements of Table. 1, p. 6.1.2 (under normal operating conditions), 7.1.1 DSTU 8782:2018 «Personal protective equipment. Body armor. Classification. General technical conditions. Change number 1» regarding protection class 2.
Class 2 refers to the equivalent in composition, which is tested on standard laboratory samples 400x400, therefore, the extra-barrier injury may differ depending on the size and shape of the ballistic package.
