Key features:
- Base material: Cordura 1000D — ultra-strong nylon fabric with water-repellent impregnation, resistant to rain, dirt, and abrasion.
- Highly durable polyamide fabric, 4 times more resistant to abrasion than nylon.
- Melting point: 210°C.
- Composition: 100% nylon with polyurethane coating.
- IRR protection: special IRR impregnation reduces visibility in the infrared spectrum.
Lining: Rip-stop stretch (with Lycra) — elastic and durable, with reinforced threads every 7–8 mm; resistant to wear, rot, and mechanical impact; withstands excessive loads without deformation.
Elastic inserts: high-stretch knitwear for better fit and comfort in motion.
Fittings: Woojin Plastic (South Korea), Acetal WJ, resistant to -40°C...+80°C, oils, solvents, and fats, high strength and durability.
Zippers: water-repellent SWR, protection from wind and moisture, service life of 10,000+ cycles, nylon spiral with polyester and TPU coating, increased wear resistance and strength.
