Thermal imager Guide TrackIR 25 is structurally a monocular with a fast 25mm/f1.2 lens. The image from the matrix is displayed on a 0.4" FLCOS display, which is equivalent to viewing a 22" screen from a distance of 1 meter. It has dust and moisture protection according to the IP66 standard and allows use in adverse weather conditions. Among the conveniences, we note a 4x digital zoom and a "picture in picture" mode. The user can also choose the thermogram display modes (switch color palettes): White hot, Black hot, Red hot, Iron Red, Blue Hot.
The model supports the most popular interfaces: Type-C USB plus, Micro HDMI, Wi-Fi. A built-in 16 GB storage is used to store information. For use with a mobile device (smartphone/tablet), you need to install a proprietary application. Streaming video can be transmitted "over the air" up to 15 meters. The device is powered by a built-in 6000 mAh battery. For effective work in the field, it is recommended to purchase a portable power source such as PowerBank.
Convenient ergonomics

Thermal imager ergonomics allow you to hold the device firmly in one hand and simultaneously change the settings modes during observations. The buttons are rubberized, have a clear and smooth stroke.
High compatibility with external devices

On both sides of the case there is a connector for installing an adapter for Weaver/Picatinny rails. This significantly expands the possibilities of using the thermal imager. The monocular can be mounted on a weapon and used to detect targets. The best effect can be achieved if a compact external monitor is connected to the device. To do this, you can use one of the available interfaces: Micro HDMI or USB Type-C.
The USB Type-C interface is also used to connect the thermal imager to a desktop PC and charge the built-in battery. The device is defined as a regular external drive on which the captured media files are stored.
Smooth digital zoom

The model has a smooth digital zoom with a minimum step, which allows you to accurately "dose" the increase based on the observation conditions. This is very convenient, as there are no jumps in the image. The function is activated while holding down the "up" or "down" buttons. The value of the current digital magnification is displayed on the display.
Built-in high-definition screen

The image from the microbolometer is transmitted to an enlarged high-definition screen (1280 x 960 pixels), which positively affects the comfort of viewing the image through the eyepiece. According to the manufacturer, this is equivalent to viewing a 22-inch monitor from a distance of 1 meter.
Stadiometric (height) rangefinder

The thermal imager has a software rangefinder function based on known height values of the target. Use them to accurately determine the distance to an object.
Mobile application

All thermal monoculars of the TrackIR series support working with mobile devices via a wireless Wi-Fi network. To do this, you need to install the proprietary application on your smartphone/tablet. The user can remotely control the thermal imager, broadcast video in real time, and also transfer media files from the built-in storage to his smartphone.
Pre-installed color palettes and image contrast modes

Depending on the observation conditions, the user can select the thermogram display modes (switch color palettes): Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot, Iron Red, Blue Hot. Changing modes is done by simply pressing the "down" button, allowing you to quickly select the desired option.

The user can also choose image contrast modes: Default / Enhanced / Highlight. Changing modes is done by simply pressing the "up" button, allowing you to quickly select the desired option.
Housing with protection according to the IP66 standard

The housing is made of high-quality PC-ABS plastic with protection against dust/moisture penetration according to the IP66 standard. This allows the device to be operated in harsh climatic conditions, but complete immersion in water is prohibited.
