Guarantees high heat retention even in extreme climatic conditions and functional moisture wicking from the body for effective thermoregulation during intense physical exertion. Well suited for active recreation, tourism, sports, under uniforms, and as the first layer in our layered dressing system.
Thermal underwear is made of technological, hypoallergenic Polarheat Quadro Stretch fabric. This is an elastic, soft, fleece fabric made of synthetic fibers. The fabric is covered with antibacterial impregnation, which prevents the spread of bacteria and unpleasant odor. The fabric has high vapor permeability, prevents overheating and condensation during sweating, evaporates excess sweat to the outside, and dries quickly. Additionally, it has antibacterial and anti-pilling treatment.
Inside the fabric contains a layer of microfleece - quadro microfleece. It is grouped into squares and has gaps between them, rather than a solid surface. This provides better “breathability” and moisture removal. Designed for active movement. Due to the fact that between the “groups of villi” there are gaps of the main fabric of a loose knit - moisture and excess heat are removed from the body faster.
Thermal underwear is sewn with reinforced thread, using flat seam technology, which adds ergonomics and durability to the product. It has a comfortable, ergonomic cut taking into account human anatomy, so it does not constrain movements and does not rub during prolonged use.
In the Polarheat quadro stretch 3.0 model, the cuffs of the jacket and pants have been improved. We made them from CoolPass Ribana. This is a dense, wear-resistant fabric made of CoolPass thread that has high elastic properties due to the peculiarity of weaving. This allows the cuffs to stay in place well and not stretch over time.
