Description of the Fenix ALD-05 helmet mount:
The Fenix ALD-05 is a helmet mount for lights with a housing diameter of 20-28 mm. Its base is a plastic holder with a 360-degree adjustable angle, which allows you to direct the light beam in the desired direction.
The accessory can be used with more than ten models of Fenix flashlights from five different lines.
- LD series: LD30;
- PD series: PD32 V2.0, PD35R V3.0, PD36R, PD36R TAC, PD40R V2.0;
- TK series: TK11 TAC, TK16 V2.0, TK20R V2.0, TK26R, TK30;
- E-series: E28R, E30R, E35 V3.0, E-CP;
- WF series: WF30RE.
The holder is complemented by a wide strap made of antistatic rubber material, which does not deform under the influence of high temperatures up to 65 C 2 C and aggressive environments, which was tested by immersing the accessory in a container of oil for 46 hours.
The strap is made using patented technology using a suction cup, which prevents the mount from slipping off the helmet during head tilts and active movement. The length adjuster is responsible for a tight fit, which allows you to securely fix the mount with the flashlight on a helmet with a circumference of up to 66 cm.
