The Militex ballistic waist protection cover is made of CORDURA original USA 1000d - a super-durable fabric that is resistant to abrasion and high loads. The sling is 100% Polyamide.
These materials have stood the test of time, so we are confident in their quality and effectiveness. Perfectly combined with a ballistic package from the Ukrainian manufacturer Militex.
A sample of a soft ballistic package withstood a shot with a 7.62×25 mm bullet with a steel non-heat-strengthened core in a steel jacket clad with tompak, a pistol cartridge 57-N-134s (TT pistol) in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, Clause 6.1.2 (under normal operating conditions), 7.1.1 of DSTU 8782:2018 “Personal protective equipment. Body armor. Classification. General technical conditions. Amendment No. 1” for protection class 2.
Characteristics:
- 2 types of attachment: Velcro panel (which can be removed) and molle system (suitable for almost all existing plate carriers);
- The product's ergonomic shape and ultra-light weight make its use almost imperceptible.
- all seams are sewn on a basting machine, which adds reliability and quality to the product;
- Tytan reinforced thread is used in sewing;
- along the perimeter of the front part of the pouch there is a vertically located molle system for attaching additional equipment;
- Provides lower back protection from shrapnel, ricochets, and pistol bullets.
We also test our Class 2 ballistic packages according to international NATO STANAG V-50 standards, where the penetration rate is exactly +-733 m/s. In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.
The armor package easily fits into the pouch and closes with Velcro, so you can be sure of the reliability of the product.
There is also a molle system on the back, which allows you to attach a car mat, etc. You can also purchase a car mat with an armor package from us.
