Abdominal Protection with Ballistic Package Class 1 Militex Cordura Original USA Multicam Gen.2

The Militex belly protection cover for a ballistic pack is made of Cordura 1000D original USA material with NIR impregnation - less visible in the dark, with a double polyurethane coating that protects against moisture and lubricants, does not support combustion, does not wear out and does not fade in the sun.

The MILITEX armor package withstood the shots:

• a pistol bullet of caliber 9x18 mm (velocity 341±1 m/s) with a spherical head with a steel non-heat-strengthened core in a steel jacket, clad with tompak, cartridge 57-N-181s (Makarov pistol);
• with a 9x19 mm Luger bullet (velocity 401±1 m/s) in an all-metal shell made of copper alloy with a hemispherical nose part with a soft (lead) core in accordance with the requirements of clause 6.1.2. (under normal operating conditions), clause 7.1.1, table 1 of DSTU 8782:2018 “Personal protective equipment. Body armor.”, for protection class 1; maximum depth of unobstructed deformation – 20.0 mm.

We also test our Class 1 ballistic packages according to international NATO STANAG V-50 standards, where the penetration rate is exactly +-606.6 m/s.

In addition to bullets and fragments specified in DSTU and STANAG, it protects against small fragments and secondary impact elements.

Characteristics:

1. It is attached with Velcro, which is universal and fits any plate carrier or body armor.
2. The case has a Velcro "pocket" located at the bottom, which allows you to attach additional equipment (for example, a sling bag)
3. The product's ergonomic shape and ultra-light weight make its use almost imperceptible.
4. All seams are sewn on a basting machine, which adds reliability and quality to the product;
5. Tytan reinforced thread is used in sewing;
6. Along the perimeter of the front part of the pouch, there is a vertically located molle system for attaching additional equipment;
7. Ability to insert ballistic protection;
8. Provides lower back protection from shrapnel, ricochets, and pistol bullets.

The armor package easily fits into the pouch and closes with Velcro, so you can be sure of the reliability of the product.
On the front of the pouch there are two rows of molle system for attaching additional equipment, and for convenience we added a pocket with a rubberized slider and puller for placing maps, documents or small personal items.
On the back side there is a molle system, which allows you to create an abdominal-armor module for protecting the abdomen when using a Militex armor.
