What is the maximum input that DELTA Pro can achieve?

By charging DELTA Pro and its auxiliary battery together, you can achieve a maximum charging speed of 6500W by combining AC, solar, and smart generator methods. For a single DELTA Pro unit, it can be charged from standard wall outlets (max. 2900W), EV station (max. 3400W)/Smart Home Panel (max. 3000W).

How many solar panels can I use at the same time

This depends on the combined voltage and current of the solar panels you choose. This is normal if the solar panels use MC4 connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts and less than 15 amps.

How to update the firmware

First of all, make sure your DELTA Pro is connected to the EcoFlow app in Internet mode. Second, go to the Firmware section in the settings of the DELTA Pro you want to update. Check for the latest firmware version and follow the instructions to complete the update.

For fast charging, use the included AC charging cable. Do not use other charging cables. Plug it directly into an AC outlet and make sure the wall output current is greater than 15A. Otherwise, reduce the device's charging speed using the AC charging speed switch. EcoFlow is not responsible for any consequences caused by failure to follow the instructions or charging with other AC charging cables.

The operating time of the station may vary depending on the conditions of use: connection method and load size, ambient temperature, etc. A portable charging station is a high-tech device that has control and energy generation modules, cooling systems, etc., as well as a built-in battery pack that powers all these modules of the device itself. Therefore, part of the battery energy goes to maintain the operability of the station itself, which must be taken into account when calculating the operating time from one full charge.
