Description of the Fenix ARE-X1 charger (18650, 26650):
The Fenix ARE-X1 model is aimed at those people for whom mobility is important. This charger is as light as possible due to the fact that it has only one slot for batteries. But it is compatible with lithium-ion batteries of two standards at once: 18650 and 26650. To ensure that the batteries retain their original capacity for longer, the charger is equipped with all modern protective mechanisms. In particular, manufacturers have provided protection against overcharging and overdischarging. In addition, the batteries are protected against polarity reversal, and the charger from short circuits resulting from incorrect polarity.
An LED indicator helps you track which functions are currently active. When it glows red, the battery is charging. Switching the indicator to green indicates that the battery is fully charged. If you use the Fenix ARE-X1 as a power bank, the indicator will flash red and go out when charging is complete. To use the power bank function, the charger with batteries must be connected to the device you want to charge using a cable with a USB connector.
The total weight of the charger with the power cable included in the kit is 42 g. At the same time, the dimensions of the device with a battery slot are 104 x 32 x 32 mm. Therefore, the Fenix ARE-X1 will easily fit into any luggage.
